About Us

Win-Cart is a centralized information and referral service located in the Winnebago County Administration Building in Room 103. The office is where the phones are answered and serves as the information center for citizens of Winnebago County.

The primary purpose for the establishment of this office is to better serve the citizens of Winnebago County by providing efficient access to local government services.

A collaborative community policing effort between the Winnebago County Board Chairman, the Sheriff's office and the State's Attorney Office and other key stakeholders known as the Win-Cart Committee, is the catalyst for launching this venture.
